The journey continues with a tasting of four historic Italian pizzas, served in bite-size pieces and shared as little gems of flavor. Each course comes with three glasses of organic Italian wines from small wineries: a fresh white to start, a young red to go with the pizza, and a deep red for stronger flavors. The evening wraps up with a sweet treat from Nonna, just like on a real Italian Sunday, served with a glass of sweet wine or a bitter digestif.
