After booking, a separate email gives the exact meeting point. The steps are short. Go there during opening hours, where a staff member greets you. Show your ID or the confirmation email, and your luggage is stored for the day. Come back to the same location within opening hours, show the ID or email again, and the bags are returned to you.
- Secure storage near the station
- No size restrictions
- Full insurance on every bag
- 24/7 customer support
The number of bags matches the number of adults on the booking, so to leave three bags, select three adults. Keep the confirmation email, with its booking code, at hand at the drop-off. If you cannot open it, staff can find the booking under your full name, and the email should arrive instantly or within 10 minutes of booking.
