You show an ID or your confirmation email, and your bags are stored for the day. When you want them back, you return to the same place within opening hours, show the ID or email again and collect your belongings.

Each adult on the booking corresponds to one bag, so if you travel alone and have three bags, book for three adults. Your confirmation email arrives instantly or within 10 minutes of booking, and the booking code in it is what the drop-off location asks for. If you cannot find it, the staff can look up the booking under your full name.
