This is followed by a guided food tasting of four gourmet vegan pizzas, each served one at a time, as if on a starry route: from the plant-based margherita to the “Bosco Piemontese”, from the “Mediterraneo Segreto” to the creation of the day, which is always different and surprising. Each pizza is paired with a glass of organic and vegan Piedmontese wine, selected from small local producers and described with passion. During the evening, Nonna reveals a little secret of her cuisine with a mini bite off the menu, designed only for the guests present. The journey concludes with a house-made vegan dessert, accompanied by a special limited-edition kombucha, and a small personalized gift for each guest.
