Description
This craft brewery tour near Turin starts a few kilometres outside the city, in a corner of Piedmont rich in tradition. A guide follows the beer from raw ingredients to production, and the stories, curiosities and secrets come from people who brew every day. The visit itself lasts around 30 minutes, and the whole experience about an hour and a half.
Then comes the tasting. You try four craft beers of 25 cl each, picked from the taps of the restaurant next to the brewery, with a board of cold cuts and cheeses from the Susa Valley to share between two people.
